Rebuild Project
Korucon supported this significant rebuild by coordinating the civil works, AFS walling, and all associated services trades. Our team completed all foundations and concrete works, including slabs, the extension of the basement, and the excavation and construction of new foundations and plinths beneath the existing structure.
The project also included construction of a large veranda and associated steps, installation of precast and in-situ concrete elements, and multiple in-situ cast fireplaces reaching heights of up to 6 metres.
