School Tuck Shop

Korucon delivered the installation of an off-site manufactured tuck shop as part of the Rangiora New Life School upgrade. Constructed in a controlled factory environment, the building ensured quality assurance and minimal disruption to the live school setting during installation.

Our works included site clearance and preparation, foundations and slabs, and full service connections including water, wastewater, stormwater, and electrical. We also constructed associated decking and walkways, and compliant handrails to provide safe and efficient access for students and staff.

The result is a durable, functional facility delivered efficiently through off-site manufacturing while maintaining high construction standards.
