New Teaching Block

As student numbers continued to grow, Rangiora New Life School required additional teaching space to support its expanding school community. Korucon was engaged to deliver a new purpose-built teaching block through a full design-build approach, providing a seamless pathway from concept development through to construction and handover.

Working closely with the school and project stakeholders, our team coordinated the design, consenting and construction phases to ensure the project was delivered efficiently while minimising disruption to daily school operations. The design and consenting process was completed within 16 weeks, followed by a 22-week construction programme, resulting in the new learning spaces being ready for occupation within a tight timeframe.

The completed classroom block provides modern, functional and welcoming learning environments designed to support both students and staff for years to come.
