New Teaching Block

Korucon was proud to deliver a new purpose-built teaching block for Rangiora New Life School. Appointed from concept through to completion, our team managed the full design-build process, delivering modern and functional learning spaces for the school community.

The design and consent phase was completed in just 16 weeks, followed by a 22-week construction programme, ensuring the new classrooms were delivered efficiently and ready for use with minimal disruption to the school.
