School Facility Upgrade
Korucon successfully completed the relocation of a CEBUS building as part of a school facility upgrade project. The works involved careful planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the structure was safely transported and repositioned with minimal disruption to the school’s day-to-day operations.
Our team managed the full scope of works, including site preparation, foundation construction, service disconnections and reconnections, transportation logistics, crane placement, and final reinstatement. Particular attention was given to safety, programme management, and maintaining access for staff and students throughout the process.
The relocated building now provides a refreshed, functional learning space, extending the life of the existing asset while delivering a cost-effective and sustainable solution for the school community.
